1、浙江工商人學碩士學位論文論我國小額貸款公司的法律保障論我國小額貸款公司的法律保障摘要1994年，小額貸款的孟加拉鄉村銀行模式被引入中國。2000年以來，以農村信用社為主體的正規金融機構開始試行并推廣小額貸款，中國小額貸款發展開始進入以正規金融機構為導向的發展階段。在我國現有的金融體制下，各種己存在的金融手段無法涵蓋整個金融市場，特別是農村金融市場。自2005年底，中國人民銀行總行開始進行民間小額貸款公司的試點工作。我國小額貸款公司的產生

2、，是財政政策與貨幣政策調整的需要，是當前金融市場巨大空間和需求的必然結果。小額貸款公司對緩解農戶及中小企業融資困難，有效配置金融資源，改進和完善農村金融服務，提高農村金融市場的競爭性，促進農業和農村經濟發展，支持社會主義新農村建設具有積極意義。盡管發展小額貸款公司符合多方利益，但作為新型的機構小額貸款公司在現實中面臨著多重法律障礙。如何健全小額貸款公司的相關法律法規如何找到化解法律障礙的出路對這些問題的研究無疑將有助于我國小額貸款公司的
